We want the experience of working with us to be just as enjoyable as the films we create. From our first conversation to the delivery of your finished wedding film, we’ll keep things straightforward, personal, and organized, so you can focus on enjoying your big day.
1. Let’s Talk!
Reach out with your wedding date and a little about your plans. We’ll check our availability and would love to hear what you’re envisioning!
2. Let’s Get to Know Each Other
We’ll arrange an optional video call to discuss your plans, answer questions, and make sure we’re a good fit for your big day.
3. Let’s Make It Official
Ready to book? We’ll send over a simple contract and a short questionnaire to help us prepare. A $500 retainer reserves your date, with the remaining balance due one week before your wedding.
If an unexpected emergency requires rescheduling, we’ll work with you to find a new date, subject to availability, while honoring your original retainer.
4. Before the Big Day
We’ll check in as your wedding approaches to finalize the schedule, locations, and any special requests.
5. The Big Day!
Relax and enjoy the celebration! We’ll capture the big moments, little details, and spontaneous memories that make your wedding uniquely yours—all while keeping the filming process as seamless and unobtrusive as possible.
6. Relive the Memories
Your highlight reel will arrive within two weeks, followed by your complete wedding film within two months. Both will be delivered through a private Google Drive link, available for one year so you can download and save your films.
